Am I victim of a hug or a chokehold?

It’s a tough call.

If you were a detective you’d ask what I was doing in the moments leading up to this shot. 

If witnesses said I was chasing the cats, nipping at fingers, and using the furniture as agility obstacles you might tend to form an opinion.

Of course, you’d be remiss if you didn’t research the character of such a witness. Perhaps they’re prone to fibbing or have an ulterior motive or perhaps there were no witnesses at all and I’m being framed!

It could go either way, really.
