I know touched on this on Sunday, but good grief look at my hair!

Amanda was happy that she was able to pack signs and the fancy camera and beverages and breakfast wraps and a place to sit all in stuff compact enough to tote around.

You know what would have made me happy?  Looking less like a hobo.

I’m really not that fussy, but I do have an image to maintain.

Oh, and Ryan finished the Fingerlakes Triathlon 20 minutes faster than he finished in 2009.  Some people think this speed was due to training or the presence of lots of fans*. I’m pretty sure he was just running super fast so he could get home and take a nap.
