![First, for the disappointment.
Everybody gets disappointed on their birthdays, right? It’s always just this big tease about how great the day could be and all the riches that will be bestowed upon you and there’s definitely been promises to make cupcakes that look just like you AND to let you eat one.
But then the day comes and goes with nary a cupcake in sight.
THIS COULD HAVE BEEN ME! I SHOULD BE IN THIS PHOTO!
Sigh.
